Fire Chief (700)
Chief Franklin is one of the founding members of the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department. Chief Franklin has been serving his community as Fire Chief since the early 2000's
Joe Franklin
Deputy Fire Chief (701)
Joe Franklin joined Laurel Fire Department as a Junior Firefighter. Franklin has been the Deputy Fire Chief Since 2021 and served as assistant chief before his promotion to Deputy Fire Chief
Louis Roberts
Assistant Fire Chief (702)
Louis Roberts joined Laurel Fire Department in the late 2000's. Roberts is the training coordinator for Laurel Fire Department and is a State Certified EMT-Basic, sUAS pilot and State Certified Firefighter
Dillon Cantrell
Assistant Fire Chief (703)
Dillon Cantrell joined Laurel Fire Department in 2013 as a Junior Firefighter and has been serving as Assistant Fire Chief since 2021. Cantrell is a sUAS pilot and State Certified EMT-Basic
Dave Bigg
Assistant Fire Chief (704)
Dave Bigg has been serving Laurel Fire Department as Assistant Fire Chief since 2021. Bigg, a State Certified EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) supervises medical equipment inventory to help make sure our responders have equipment needed to help when called upon
